Position Player of the Week – Manny Machado
With  a .320/.433/.600 batting line this week, it seems that Machado is starting to truly take the next step at AA Bowie. He hit .286/.336/.467 in the month of June.

Starting Pitcher of the Week – Mark Blackmar
Blackmar pitched a gem for the Ironbirds this week, tossing 6.2 scoreless innings and securing his first victory of 2012.

Relief Pitcher of the Week – Steve Johnson
Johnson pitched 7.0 scoreless innings with 11 K, 4 BB and 1 H allowed for the Norfolk Tides this week. His prize? A promotion to the Orioles.
