David Hernandez’s Deal | AZ Central
“The two-year contract extension for reliever David Hernandez that was announced Sunday will pay him $3.5 million, according to a source. The deal included a $250,000 signing bonus and calls for salaries of $1.25 million in 2013 and $2 million in 2014. Hernandez will still have one year remaining of arbitration in 2015 before he would be eligible for free agency.”
