The Orioles have agreed to send Jeremy Guthrie to the Rockies in exchange for Jason Hammel and Matt Lindstrom, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports.
Hammel, 29, went 7-13 with a 4.76 ERA in 32 games for the Rockies in 2011.
Lindstrom, 31, went 2-2 with a 3.00 ERA in 54 relief appearances for the Rockies last year.
