Bobby Bundy is the easy choice for our 2011 Orioles Minor League Pitcher of the Year award. He struck out 100 batters in 121 IP, kept the ball in the park, and pitched deep into games. His stellar play as a Key earned him a promotion to Bowie where he pitched 15 innings.
With a 91-94 mph fastball, above-average curveball, and much improved changeup, Bundy looked like the pitcher the Orioles thought they were getting when they handed him a $600,000 bonus as an 8th round pick in the 2008 draft.
