2011 Organizational Rankings: #15 – Baltimore | FanGraphs
FanGraphs is ranking every major league team based on Present Talent (T-20th), Future Talent (T-5th), Financial Resources (17th), Baseball Operations (T-20th). Average performances in all four categories leads to the biggest surprise in the rankings thus far. Baltimore certainly should be considered a team on the rise, but is it enough to justify their lofty position here?

X-Factor: Zach Britton | Weaver’s Tantrum
So far I’ve established that Britton will pitch somewhere between three and six months of the season. That alone makes him a true X-factor, but his pitching could still use some polish as well.
