Here is what you have all been waiting for. Thanks to Dionisio Soldevila of ‘Tiempo de Juego’ news in the Dominican Republic, here is exclusive video footage of Felix Pie’s ejection in a game played on November 10th.
As seen in the video, Pie is taking a lead off of first, when the catcher attempts to pick him off after the pitch. The ball comes in and the tag is applied at about the same time as Pie reaches for the base, and the umpire calls Pie out. Pie disagrees, and immediately jumps up to argue. The rest you can see from there.
Pie was ejected from this game and fined, but no suspension was given and is currently playing for the Estrellas Orientales in Dominican Winter League baseball.
