At his age and tool driven status, he is having my throughts as one of the top five prospects next season. For such a great season, it should be logical that he sees a very late promotion to Bowie. They only issue to resolve is his basepath disapline, but quickly remember that Carl Crawford was caught alot in the minors as well. It is still promising to see a toolsy speed guy at a 2-1 ratio. Once he learns more about baseball, it should improve. It is great to see the vast improvements of Xavier with Frederick.
