I guess Iron Bird Stadium was “Wacco for Flacco” last night. He sure does not have the power that the scouting department witnessed at CCBC, seeing this was his first home run in almost a year.
He is more “organizational” than “prospect” type of player. His age and lack of limited baseball between 18-23; he is going to be a late bloomer even blowing through the minor league levels.
That back injury really cost him. He didn’t hit a home run last night…but he’s certainly a fan favorite.
