One of the OP forum users, tornlabrum, posted this at 5:07 AM today:
He got released yesterday, June 18, 2010. I’m sure he will catch on with someone since he is so young. He needs to get his head on straight and get his shoulder looked at by James Andrews.
Trying to find more information on the situation, I landed on Frabizio’s Facebook page where he responded to a friend asking how he was with, “I got released”.
I’ll have more on this if I hear anything else. Stay tuned.
UPDATE (June 22, 2010 – 10:43 PM): Steve Melewski confirms the move.

Why would they release him all of a sudden? Guys get hurt all the time…he’s only 20.
Could be disciplinary issues.
Vito Frabizio says they simply told him that “there wasn’t enough room”.
I’m not sure I believe that. You don’t just release someone who had the year he had last season like that.
Frabizio is one of the greatest guys I’ve met over the years being around baseball. I wish this kid so much luck. I know his shoulder is messed up and thats the reason he got released. This is another terrible move by the O’s. See ya soon Vito, the Orioles will definitely regret this move in the end.
