Joe Jordan believes the Orioles are going to sign SS and 5th round pick, Connor Narron:
“He’s a kid where it may take a little time to get it done. But we feel good about what it’s going to cost, his desire to go play and it’s just a matter of doing it the right way. He’ll be playing, he’ll be playing this summer.”
More on Narron:
“We’ll sign Conner, I feel good about that.”
Whether or not we sign Narron is really going to make or break this draft for me.
Some believe Narron will end up at 3B but for now he is a SS. Oriole fans have been dying for a true SS prospect, and if we sign Narron, 2 of our top 8 prospects would be shortstops (Manny Machado).

I am pretty excited about this kid. Hopefully he signs. He looks confident at the plate and hopefully he developes some good power.
Agreed. He looks like someone where a lot of people really like him, and some don’t think he’s as good as advertised.
