Scouting Report (via MLBBB):
Average arm, but good athleticism and size, which tells me he’s a potential #4 starter if things pan out. He’s very, very raw and the type of pitcher I’d give at least a full season at the short-season levels next year.

Sebastian is an amazing athlete on and off the field. He would be a great assest to the Baltimore Orioles or any team for that matter. I basically just wanted to comment because he is my English buddy in “Da Corna” and I know someday he will make it BIG!
