Do you see the O’s sticking with Erbe as a start much longer? You could throw Spoone in that question also. Hate to give up on them, but the big league pen is so awful!
I think they have to let him start until he absolutely shows that he cannot become a major league starter. He has the stuff to do, but we’ll see. We have to remember he’s still young, and specifically young for AAA.
Spoone is closer to being moved into a bullpen role. He’s had some nice starts lately, a few more bad starts and I believe he’ll be moved.
