Dean Jones Jr. is reporting that Brandon Cooney has been promoted to the Bowie Baysox from the Frederick Keys:
Right-hander Brandon Cooney was promoted to Bowie from the Keys, and left-hander Mike Hinckley was added to the team’s roster. Left-hander Chad Thall was placed on the temporary inactive list.
Cooney’s been dominant for the Keys, registering 19 strikeouts, 12 hits and only 7 walks in 16.1 IP. He was 2-0 and had a 0.55 ERA. I consider Cooney one of our top relief prospects, behind Luis Lebron and Kam Mickolio. Cooney works in the mid 90′s with his fastball and his slider is an above average pitch.

Rough debut for Cooney as he allowed 3 runs in .2 innings. hopefully it was just some nerves.
